I haven't received an order confirmation yet. What could be the reason for this?
You will receive your order confirmation immediately by email after your order has been successfully placed. Please also check your email spam folder.
I forgot to apply my discount code. Can I still do it later?

My belt or buckle is damaged. What should I do?

Are the belts only available to buy online?
Yes, we sell our bags through our own online shop, which gives us the opportunity to be in direct contact with you, our customers.
How do I find the right belt for me?
To make your decision easier, we have developed our Find your Style Configurator, where you can try out and put together your desired belt combinations. If you need inspiration as to which styles best suit your style, take a look at our Instagram profile.
Are there any ready-made belt sets?
Yes, we offer some sets in our online shop to make the first selection easier. Please look under the category "Our Sets", there you will find the current selection
Are all buckles compatible with all belt straps?
Yes, all of our buckles, whether the basic version or the signature version, are compatible with all straps.
Will I receive a shipping confirmation?
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by email once your order has left our warehouse and been handed over to the shipping service provider.
When does my order arrive?
The delivery time within Germany is up to 2-3 working days after receipt of the complete and error-free order. Delivery times outside Germany vary depending on the country; please see the shipping and payment information on our website.
My order seems to be stuck at the shipping service provider. What can I do?
If the shipment status of your order has not changed within 2-3 days, please send us an email to hello@annabelt.de. Our customer service team will be happy to help you.
I received an incorrect item or my order was incomplete.

I have discarded the original packaging but would like to return the item.
Please send your return back to us well packaged and protected in alternative packaging.
When will I receive my refund?
The processing time for a return (acceptance at the shipping center, re-booking of the item in our shop system and refund of the item) can take up to 14 days.
